'Biggest Loser' TV show inspired big weight loss

Aloha! I'm Charissa and so far I've deleted over 125 lbs from my body. I still have a ways to go - about 40 more lbs - but I'm confident that I'll make it. One of the major differences this time, vs other times I've TRIED to lose weight, is that I'm enjoying the journey rather than just longing for the end goal. I'm not looking to regain my life sometime in the future, I'm living my life now! Sure, as I get healthier that looks more and more different. But sitting on the sidelines doesn't burn calories. So go do something! Get active ... have fun ... walk ... dance ... move ... LIVE!
